RPL for Former and Serving Australian Defence Force,
Police & Emergency Personnel
Your Experience, Recognised.
Transitioning to a civilian career is challenging when your experience doesn’t match formal qualifications. At AFSI, we bridge that gap.
We use Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to turn your proven expertise into nationally recognised qualifications. If gaps exist, we provide the targeted training you need to get certified.
Our 3-Step Process:
-
1. We Assess: We look beyond job titles to understand the true depth of your skills and hands-on experience.
-
2. We Recognise: We validate your expertise, converting your career achievements into formal qualifications.
-
3. We Fill Gaps: If development areas are identified, we provide the tailored training needed to meet all requirements.
Let’s build your future together.

What is RPL?
RPL, or Recognition of Prior Learning, involves recognising and acknowledging an individual’s skills and knowledge acquired through their work experience. Many training participants possess well-established skills and knowledge acquired through various employment or volunteering experiences, often aligning with the requirements of vocational training.
What Evidence Do I Need?
