BSB30120 Certificate III in Business
Build the everyday business skills every workplace relies on.
About this Qualification
Every organisation needs people who can communicate clearly, organise their work and use business technology with confidence.
BSB30120 Certificate III in Business builds the practical skills behind clerical, administrative and operational roles. You’ll learn to write workplace documents, create presentations, use business software and digital communication tools, organise information and manage your own work priorities.
You’ll also build the foundations every employer looks for: critical thinking in a team, workplace communication, inclusive work practices, workplace safety and looking after your own wellbeing at work.
AFSI is an ADF veteran-owned registered training organisation that has delivered nationally recognised training in Canberra since 1994.
